Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim to deliver high-quality training in both offline and online formats. Please review our refund conditions:

1 Refund Eligibility

For Online Courses:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

• No refund if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed/downloaded.

For Offline Courses:

• Full refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the start date.

• 50% refund if cancelled between 3–6 days before the start date.

• No refund if cancelled within 2 days of the start date or after the course begins.

2 Non-Refundable Items

• Private mentoring or 1:1 coaching once delivered

• Printed materials, workbooks, or kits once handed over

• Special discounted or promotional courses

3 Refund Process

• Email digilitacademy@gmail.com with your name, course, and payment proof.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
